Sec. 341.9. Podiatrist fees for hearing purposes

- A podiatrist who testifies at hearings or examines claimants or participates in examination for evidential material for compensation case hearing purposes only, without treatment, may accept fees for such services from the claimant, employer or carrier requesting the examination.
