Sec. 346.11. Examination procedure

When an examination is had under section 13-1(3) of the Workers' Compensation Law, it shall be by a qualified chiropractor or physician at a place reasonably convenient to the claimant and in the presence of the claimant's chiropractor or physician, if in the latter's opinion his presence is necessary. A duplicate copy of all notices of request for such examination shall be sent to the attending chiropractor or physician.
