Sec. 346.12. Referral to authorized physician

When the injury or condition is one outside of the limits prescribed by the Education Law for chiropractic care and treatment, the chiropractor must so advise the injured employee and instruct him to consult an authorized physician, of said employee's choice, for appropriate care and treatment. In such event the physician shall have overall supervision.
