All rules and procedures of the chair, relating to authorization for special services as set forth in section 325-1.4 of this Title, are made applicable to requests for authorization for special chiropractic services to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of section 13-1 of the Workers' Compensation Law, and the other provisions duly promulgated thereunder.
