Sec. 355.5. Board, chair

Whenever used in this Article:
(a) Board means the Workers' Compensation Board created under the Workers' Compensation Law.
(b) Chair means the Chairman, Chairwoman or Chair of the Workers' Compensation Board. The term Chairman appearing in this Article shall be deemed to mean “Chair.”
