Sec. 359.4. Effect of disability on eligibility for benefits to be provided by employer

- An employee who becomes disabled while he is eligible for benefits to be provided by a covered employer shall not have his employment terminated, for purposes of determining his right to disability benefits, during any period in which he would otherwise continue to be eligible for the benefits to be provided by his employer.
