Sec. 363.14. Penalties and assessments

Whenever an employer, carrier, physician or other person has failed to comply with any requirement of the Disability Benefits Law, Workers' Compensation Law, art. 9, or has violated any provisions thereof, the fines, assessments or other penalties prescribed by the law shall be imposed as therein provided.
