Sec. 440.1. Applicability

This pharmaceutical fee schedule is applicable to prescription drugs or medicines dispensed on or after the most recent effective date of section 440.5 of this Part for medical care or treatment of an injured employee, regardless of the date of accident or date of disablement. Prescription drugs shall be reimbursed in accordance with the fee schedule as set forth in section 440.5 of this Part in effect on the date the prescription drug is dispensed.
