Sec. 450.7. Medical examinations

The director of the claims medical department shall make or cause to be made such inspections and examinations of persons claiming payment of workers' compensation or disability benefits from the State Fund as may be required and shall furnish reports thereof. He shall also provide such supervision of medical and surgical treatment as may be consistent with the provisions of law.
