Sec. 451.10. Notice of safety group meetings

The group manager shall notify the State Insurance Fund Underwriting Director of all safety group meetings and all executive committee meetings in writing. The notice shall set forth the location, date and time of the meeting and be received at least 20 days in advance of the meeting. The State Fund shall have the right to be represented at all such meetings.
