Sec. 451.2. Types of safety groups authorized

(a) The following types of safety groups are hereby authorized:
(1) trade groups;
(2) trade groups for risks associated on a single job; and
(3) trade association groups.
(b) Such groups may be established when, and only when, it has been shown to the satisfaction of the management of the State Fund that the formation of a group will accomplish the objectives heretofore set forth.
