Sec. 464.1. Board decisions, content and revision

- (a) The board shall make its decision in writing promptly. Where the decision is not unanimous, the majority shall control. The board may affirm, reverse, or change the appealed decision or make an order, decision or determination as may be necessary. The decision shall contain a statement of the issues, the findings of fact, the conclusions and the reasons.(b) On its own motion or on written application, the board may correct its order, decision or determination when it decides that correction is necessary.(c) The decision of the board shall be accompanied by a notice of the right to appeal to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Department, under section 624 of the law.
