Sec. 700.10. Fees

- Except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by law:(a) There shall be no fee charged for the following:(1) inspection of records;(2) search for records; or(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.(b) A fee for copies of records may be charged provided that:(1) the fee for photocopies of records shall not exceed 25 cents per page for photo copies not exceeding 9 by 14 inches; and(2) the fee for reproducing any other records shall not exceed the actual reproduction cost, which shall be the average unit cost for copying a record, excluding fixed costs such as operator salaries.
