Sec. 803.3. Petitions for amendments to this Part

Any person or entity may at any time petition the commissioner in writing to revise, amend or revoke any provision of this section. The petition should set forth the terms or the substance of the rule desired, with a statement of the reasons therefor and the effects thereof.
