Sec. 18.10. Pending criminal process

Nothing in this Part shall affect:
(a) the course of the pending criminal process involving a prisoner being treated pursuant to this Part or,
(b) any obligation of the warden or other official to return the prisoner to court in the course of such criminal process or,
(c) any right of the prisoner to be returned to court.
