(a) This Part shall apply to those individuals with responsibility for the process of determining an appropriate placement for individuals who are currently receiving transitional care funding, the individual receiving transitional care funding, and the individual's guardian or another individual who has been actively involved in the care of the individual and who can represent the individual's interests.
(b) This Part shall apply to administrative review regarding placements of individuals who are currently receiving transitional care funding.
