Sec. 506.3. Applicability

(a) This Part applies to any provider of services which operates or proposes to operate an intensive case management, supportive case management or blended ICM/SCM case management program.

(b) This Part applies to the operation or proposed operation of an intensive case management, supportive case management or blended ICM/SCM case management program for a client identified as a person with a serious mental illness and enrolled with a provider of services as follows:

(1) an intensive case management, supportive case management or blended ICM/SCM case management program provided by a local government unit or voluntary agency; or

(2) an intensive case management, supportive case management or blended ICM/SCM case management program provided by a provider of service licensed pursuant to article 31 of the Mental Hygiene Law; or

(3) an intensive case management program operated by a State-operated psychiatric center.
