Sec. 507.5. Standards pertaining to eligibility

(a) All local governmental units are eligible to participate in the community based service system for children with serious emotional disturbance.
(b) All providers of service who enter into contract with the local governmental unit for such purposes are eligible to participate in the community based service system for children with serious emotional disturbance.
(c) The recipients of services provided by the community based service system shall be children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance as defined in section 507.4 of this Part.
