(a) This Part applies to requests for access to, or amendment or correction of records maintained by the Office of Mental Health.
(b) Nothing in this Part shall require OMH to grant access to or amend or correct any record not otherwise required by the Personal Privacy Protection Law, such as a clinical record or attorney's work product or material prepared for litigation.
