Sec. 573.4. Revocation, cancellation, limitation or suspension of any operating certificate

The commissioner shall not revoke, cancel, limit or suspend any operating certificate without giving the party in interest notice of the proposed action and an opportunity to be heard in accordance with Part 503 of this Title.
