Sec. 573.5. Temporary suspension or limitation of any operating certificate

When the commissioner has temporarily suspended or limited an operating certificate for a period not in excess of 60 days as provided in section 31.16(b) of the Mental Hygiene Law, the facility operator may request an evidentiary hearing to contest the validity of the emergency suspension or limitation in accordance with Part 503 of this Title.
