Sec. 588.15. Exemptions

Providers of service shall be exempt from sections 588.5(k)(4) and 588.6(b)-(d) of this Part as they relate to recipients who are currently enrolled in a managed care organization which is certified or approved by the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health, and who are currently receiving services which are covered by the benefit package of the managed care organization.
