(a) This Part establishes standards for reimbursement under the medical assistance program for community rehabilitation services provided by residential programs for adults with mental illness and children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance.
(b) This Part establishes standards for service planning and review for programs receiving reimbursement under the medical assistance program for the provision of community rehabilitation services.
