Sec. 621.6. Method of payment of State aid grants

(a) Payments shall be made pursuant to a schedule determined by the commissioner. Upon completion of the project, an audit shall be conducted, the form of which shall be acceptable to the State Comptroller. A final payment will be made upon completion of the audit and its acceptance by the commissioner.
(b) Certification that payment of any of the foregoing installments is due an applicant, is subject to inspection by OPWDD to determine that the work has been performed upon a project, or purchases have been made, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
