Sec. 641-1.8. Specialized template populations

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Subpart, rates for individuals identified by OPWDD as qualifying for specialized template populations funding shall be as follows. As used in this section, downstate means the counties of New York, Kings, Bronx. Queens, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Putnam and Dutchess, and upstate means all other counties in New York State.
    (a) For individuals initially identified as qualifying for specialized template populations funding between November 1, 2011 and March 31, 2014
