(a)
(1) Specialized services shall mean addiction services not defined in other Parts of this Title. Specialized services shall be defined by the commissioner pursuant to section 19.07 of the Mental Hygiene Law and shall require an appropriate review and approval of a certification or recertification application pursuant to this Title. Such services may be provided in any setting deemed appropriate by the commissioner.
