APPRAISAL REPAIR SHOP New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Registration Number R 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 2610 OF THE INSURANCE LAW AN INSURANCE COMPANY MAY NOT REQUIRE THAT REPAIRS BE MADE TO A MOTOR VEHICLE IN A PARTICULAR PLACE OR REPAIR SHOP. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR AUTOMOBILE REPAIRED IN THE SHOP OF YOUR CHOICE. 2. PAYMENT OF YOUR CLAIM MAY NOT BE CONDITIONED ON THE REPAIR OF YOUR VEHICLE. ______ Questions may be directed to the manager of this facility.
