Sec. 1.5. Conversion of a class DJ or class MJ driver's license to a class D or class M driver's license

The foregoing provisions of this Part shall apply to a class DJ or class MJ licensee who is 17 years of age and who has successfully completed an approved high school or college driver education course and has not converted his or her class DJ or class MJ driver's license to class D or class M driver's license, by surrendering the junior operator blue card (MV-285) to a motor vehicle issuing office.
