Sec. 6.25. Penalties

Upon conviction for violation of any provision of article 19-A of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the court shall impose a sentence consisting of a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $250. Penalties imposed under this section are not the same as any civil penalties imposed in accordance with and under section 6.22(e) of this Part.
