Sec. 35.6. Security requirement

Security shall be required under section 335 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of nonresidents involved in uninsured accidents in New York State and of residents operating class C limited use motorcycles without insurance in New York State. Upon proof that a security requirement has been satisfied, the suspension shall be terminated. A notice of restoration shall be issued.
