Sec. 46.4. Approval

It is not necessary to submit samples of signs or flashing red signal lamps to the commissioner for approval. Any such signs and signal lamps may be used provided they conform to the size, type and specifications contained in this Part. All signs and signal lamps which conform to the foregoing rules, regulations and specifications, are hereby approved by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.
