Sec. 46.6. Use of two-way radios

No one may use a two-way radio installed on a school bus under section 375(21-a) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law unless the school district, contractor, or nonpublic school has obtained a license from the Federal Communications Commission. Utilization of such radio is confined to the use stipulated in the license. School bus shall mean those vehicles defined as school buses by section 142 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
