Sec. 101.3. Three-wheeled limited use motorcycles

Any three-wheeled limited use motorcycle may be sold, registered and operated with an enclosure for the operator if an unenclosed model of the limited use motorcycle has been certified and approved for registration pursuant to Part 102 of this Subchapter.
