Sec. 102.7. Restrictions on the use of limited use vehicles

  • (a) A limited use vehicle may not be operated on any controlled-access highway other than a bridge or tunnel or other portion of such highway on which signs are in place permitting operation.
    (b) A limited use vehicle may not be operated on any highway that has been posted to exclude or prohibit such vehicles, or in violation of any prohibition or limitation or use for which appropriate notice has been given.
    (c) Except when preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into or from a private driveway, a class B or class C limited use motorcycle may only be operated in the right-hand land available for traffic or upon a usable shoulder on the right side of the highway.
