Sec. 107.10. Administrative penalties

(a) The commissioner may revoke any or all dealer demonstrator registration numbers issued to a dealer for improper use of such numbers.
(b) The commissioner may revoke or suspend a snowmobile dealer registration for:
(1) a false statement made in the application for such registration;
(2) permitting use of demonstrator registration numbers contrary to law;
(3) fraud or fraudulent practices;
(4) deceptive or misleading advertising;
(5) failure to comply with article 47 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law or these regulations.
