Sec. 107.6. Dealers without prepaid registrations

Unless a prepaid registration has been issued under the preceding section, a dealer must, prior to delivery, obtain a registration for a snowmobile that dealer sells unless the purchaser signs a declaration of exemption from registration, as described in section 107.9 of this Part.
