Sec. 56.2. Evidence to be presented at hearing

At the hearing, the applicant shall be prepared to establish that the proposed use of its revenues will not adversely affect its ability to provide adequate service at reasonable rates and that the proposed use is justified. The commission may require such additional evidence as it deems desirable.
