Sec. 87.2. Exhibit G-2: market data

- (a) The applicant shall provide:(1) an estimate of the increased volumes of gas to be delivered by operation of the proposed pipeline;(2) an estimate of the volumes of gas delivered to the markets to be generally served by the new pipeline during the three years immediately preceding the filing;(3) total annual and peak day gas requirements by each classification of service listed in paragraph (4) of this subdivision;(4) information about total past and expected future curtailment of service by the applicant for each of the following classifications of service:(i) residential;(ii) commercial;(iii) firm industrial;(iv) interruptible industrial;(v) residential space heating;(vi) commercial space heating; and(vii) other types of customers; and(5) the basic factors used in estimated future requirements and the need for the new facilities, including:(i) peak-day and annual degree-day deficiencies; and(ii) peak-day and annual consumption factors for each class of consumers, with supporting historical data for each major operating district.(b) The applicant shall supply a copy of each market survey made within the past three years for those markets which are to receive new or increased service from the proposed pipeline.(c) The applicant shall state the franchise rights of the applicant or other persons to distribute gas in each community in which service is proposed.
