Sec. 153.2. Notice of transfer

No such accounts, books, contracts, records, documents and papers shall be transferred from the principal office of such corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, partnership and person under the jurisdiction of this commission until notice of such transfer has been filed, in accordance with the requirements of section 3.5 of this Title, to the commission and approval thereof granted.
