(a) Dwelling.
A building designed or used as the living unit for one or more families. For the purposes of this standard, mobile homes shall not be considered dwellings.
(b) Historical building.
Any building or structure designated historically significant by the State or local governing body, or listed (or determined by the Secretary of the Interior to be eligible to be listed) in The National Register of Historic Places.
