(a) When used in this Part, the terms below shall be defined as follows in lieu of or in addition to the NFPA definitions.
(b) Department.
For this Part, department shall mean the Department of Public Service, Office of Electric, Gas and Water, Safety Section, or its successor.
(c) Facilities.
For purposes of this Part, the term facilities shall be synonymous with the term systems as defined in NFPA.
