Sec. 400.17. Reports of tests of pressure compensated counters

A report of all installation tests, office tests, periodic tests, and complaint tests made during each year shall be prepared as of December 31st of that year. Such report shall be made in a form satisfactory to the commission and shall be filed with the commission not later than January 31st following the date of the report.
