Sec. 540.1. Filing of annual reports

Each municipal water system is hereby directed to file, in accordance with the requirements of section 3.5 of this Title, to the commission the annual report of its division, bureau or department of water, within two months succeeding the close of its fiscal year, commencing with that for 1931.
