Sec. 601.1. Free service prohibited

Each and every telephone corporation within this State subject to the jurisdiction of this commission shall be informed by circular that the practice of free trial service installations is regarded by this commission as unlawful, and the company engaging in the same is subject to the forfeiture and penalties prescribed by section 25 of the Public Service Law.
