Sec. 607.3. Clearance requirements of subsurface telephone facilities constructed to replace existing facilities

Whenever subsurface telephone facilities are replaced for any reason, the new facilities shall be constructed in accordance with section 607.2 of this Part, to the extent reasonable and economically practicable.
