Sec. 641.7. Final dates for filing

Every telephone corporation shall file, in accordance with the requirements of section 3.5 of this Title, each annual report as soon as possible after the end of the year covered by the report, but in no event later than the date specified herein. The final dates for filing shall be as follows:
