(a) Any documents or parts thereof incorporated by reference in this Part are a part of this regulation as though set forth in full herein.
(b) All incorporated documents are available for inspection and copying at the Public Service Commission's Office, Empire State Plaza, Building 3, Albany, NY 12223. In addition, the documents are available from the American National Standards Institute, 11 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036.
