- (a) In instances where radio-telephone utility businesses such as sales and repair of electronic and radio equipment, are conducted as part of, or are commingled with the radio-telephone utility operations, a segregation shall be maintained, insofar as practicable, of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses.(b) The radio-telephone utility shall be prepared, upon request, to make a reasonable allocation of its investment in assets that are used jointly in the radio-telephone utility operations and nonutility businesses, and expenses that relate to more than one of the operations.
