(a) Tariff changes shall be made using a format specified in the Department of Public Service's Electronic Tariff System: Utility Preparer's Guide (See Appendix 7-H of this Title).
(b) Notations or markings shall not be made on any schedule, supplement, or statement, except as specifically provided for in sections 720-2.4, 720-5.1, 720-5.2, and 720-5.3 of this Part.
(c) References to localities outside of the State of New York shall include the name of the state.
