Sec. 733.6. Change of media for existing records

Those records prepared and maintained under previous regulations in a paper medium, and whose remaining retention period falls within the life expectancy range of any of the media detailed in section 733.4 of this Part, may be converted to that medium at the public utility or municipality's option, provided the applicable certification processes described in section 733.5 of this Part are observed and an audit referencing capability is maintained.
